Welcome to instax.ph (the “Site”), the official local site of Fujifilm instax Philippines. Please read the listed terms and conditions carefully. By accessing the Site, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If User do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not access and/or use this Site.

The instax website is operated by FUJIFILM Philippines Inc. (“Operator”), an authorized subsidiary of FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (“Stakeholder”).

1. Definitions and Interpretation
   1. “Site” means instax.ph, the official local website of Fujifilm instax.
   2. “Operator” means FUJIFILM Philippines Inc., official stakeholder of FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
   3. “Stakeholder” means FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
   4. “Instax products” means FUJIFILM instax cameras and films.

2. Use of the Site
   1. User must be at least 18 years of age to access the Site, otherwise he/she must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
   2. Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes. Product representations expressed on this Site is provided by FUJIFILM Philippines Inc. and FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
   3. Upon registration, User agrees to receive promotional emails from instax. User can opt out of the emails anytime by clicking on the link at the bottom of the sent promotional emails.

3. Customer submissions and information
   1. Certain services and related features that are made available on the Site may require registration and submission of personal data. Should the User choose to register and/or subscribe for the available services and features, he/she then agree to provide accurate and current information about himself/herself.
   2. Every User of the Site is responsible for keeping his/her own passwords and other account information safe and secure. The account owner is responsible for all the activities that go through the account or password.
   3. For any instance of unauthorized use of the User’s site account, the User must notify the instax customer service through ([email protected]). The Site, Stakeholder, and Operator shall not be responsible or liable in any way, for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or related with, the User’s failure to comply with data security.
   4. Text content that the User will submit and/or provide to the Site, including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions will become the property of the Site. Upon submitting, the User agrees to grant the Operator and Stakeholder the right to use the name submitted in connection to the questions, comments, and/or other contents.

4. Intellectual Property
   1. Intellectual property related to the Site shall remain the Operator and the Stakeholder’s property. This may refer to the website design including, but not limited, to the promotions, text, graphics, photos, selection and arrangement, and all software compilations such as source code and software.
   2. Restricted Use: No part or parts of the Site, or any materials found within, may be reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, separated, altered, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcasted, hyperlinked, mirrored, framed, transferred, or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system or installed on any servers, system or equipment without prior written permission of Operator and the Stakeholders.

5. Termination
   1. The Operator and Stakeholder reserve the right, without notice and in its discretion terminate the User’s ability to use the Site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site. Failure by User to abide by the terms and conditions of the Site will automatically revoke his/her authorization to use the Site and its included services. The Operator and Stakeholders reserve the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these terms and conditions, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Site.
